Job Title: Warranty Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to streamline warranty claims processing.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage warranty claims for failed components and Spare parts.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the service department on warranty-related matters.
- Manage warranty budgets and expenses to optimize warranty services within budgetary constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to warranties and ensure compliance with legal requirements by OEMs.
- Analyze warranty data and trends to identify areas for improvement in product quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in warranty management within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret warranty data and trends.
- Proficiency in warranty management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components to troubleshoot warranty issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizati skills to manage warranty claims efficiently.
