About the Role
- As a Warehouse Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
- You will lead a team, optimize workflows, and ensure timely movement of goods to meet operational and customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing clear instructions, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.
- Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics and supply chain activities.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve operational goals.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder management.
