We are seeking a Telemarketing Representative to join our team.
Job Summary:
A successful candidate will be responsible for marketing services to customers via telephone calls or social media, while also managing customer relationships and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain information necessary to deliver services to customers
- Track customers who can be contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts
- Follow up with previous customers for potential services
