We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition Partner to join our MEPA (Middle East, Pakistan, and Africa) Talent Acquisition Team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of ‘Nourishing by Nature’ while hiring top talent and driving employer branding initiatives.
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within the region, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate and employee experience. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage talent acquisition tools and infrastructure effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Act as the single point of contact for candidates, providing clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with business and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted recruitment consultant.
- Collaborate with the Talent Intelligence Hub for talent mapping and insights on skill and role profiles.
- Employer Branding:
- Work closely with the Employer Branding team to enhance FrieslandCampina’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
- Drive initiatives that attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.
- Performance & Compliance:
- Track and measure Talent Acquisition performance KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with standard ways of working and the effective use of recruitment infrastructure.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Leverage TA tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, career sites, and TA dashboards, to drive continuous improvement.
- Convert TA insights into actionable strategies to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, primarily in talent acquisition.
- Expertise in recruiting across multiple geographies, regions, or disciplines is preferred.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Digital savviness and the ability to use TA tools and technology effectively.
- Ability to translate TA insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
