Job Title: Solar Installer

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will live close to Lekki, Lagos Island, and have up to 5 years of experience in installing, troubleshooting, and monitoring solar power systems.
- This position requires a hands-on individual with a strong understanding of solar technology and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Installation:
- Install solar panels on residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Work with a team to complete installations in a timely and efficient manner.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and repair solar power system issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to solar systems.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of installed solar systems to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Use monitoring software to track system performance and identify potential issues.
- Provide regular reports on system performance to customers and management.
Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of experience in solar installation, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
- Proven experience in installing residential and commercial solar systems.
- Strong understanding of solar technology and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Must live close to Lekki, Lagos Island.
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools related to solar installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly
