Job Title: Social Media Supervisor (Remote)
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Objectives
- To create and manage content for Kloudopp brands across multiple digital platforms through the creation of engaging and impactful campaigns & content according to requirements that capture and promote the company’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across brands
- Content management across multiple social media platforms including butnot
- limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics
- Use data to inform campaigns and social media posts across social media accounts.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as digital agencies, media agencies, influencers etc.
- Pitch content/creative ideas, when necessary.
- Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice
- Community management.
- Collaborate with brand managers to launch projects.
- Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels
- Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy
- Monitor and uphold brand consistency, customer engagement and increase brand awareness across executions.
Requirements
- B.Sc / BA from a reputable institution
Experience:
- Minimum of 4years experience in social media marketing
- Good copy writing skills for digital-first content
- Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Experience with social/digital media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics), minimal creative design ability on Canva will be an advantage
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of digital platforms best practices and technicalities
- Knowledge of copywriting and community management
- Familiarity with media promotion and reporting on digital platforms.
