Job Description

  • We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, analytics-driven, and has a knack for spotting trends that resonate with our audience.
  • You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to create engaging, on-brand posts, drive social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create original and engaging content to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, building a positive community
  • Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other team members to align on campaigns and brand messaging
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating relevant ones into our strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)
  • Experience with graphic design or basic video editing is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content planning.
