Job Description
- We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms.
- The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, analytics-driven, and has a knack for spotting trends that resonate with our audience.
- You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to create engaging, on-brand posts, drive social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create original and engaging content to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, building a positive community
- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on data
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and other team members to align on campaigns and brand messaging
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating relevant ones into our strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)
- Experience with graphic design or basic video editing is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content planning.
