Job Summary

  • Service Delivery Manager will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity.
  • You will be a vital role for our Pressure Pumping team.
  • You will enable flawless accomplishment, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

Responsibilities
As the Service Delivery Manager –Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
  • Collaborating with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
  • Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.
  • Having extensive experience in managing tender cycle from pre-qual to award and oversee the budget and profit/loss for the area of responsibility.
  • Leading compliance by ensuring adherence to HSE regulations and operational excellence in the areas of integrity and controllership.
  • Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.
  • Managing the project budget for assigned area, customer change requests and overall profitability for the business.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or demonstrate equivalent, professional experience.
  • Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment.
  • Have experience in oilfield chemical sales, applications, and treatment
  • Have extensive knowledge on bottle testing and laboratory test reporting
  • Have extensive knowledge on bottle testing and laboratory test reporting.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems.
  • Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
  • Have the right network within the OIC to meet set revenue targets
