About the Role

  • We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and coordinating sales activities with a focus on fiber network services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for fiber network services.
  • Identify and onboard new customers, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends in the fiber network space.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to address client requirements effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in the telecommunications sector with a focus on fiber products.
  • Strong understanding of fiber network services and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
