Job Title: Retail Store Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations to ensure excellent service.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support promotional activities and implement sales strategies to meet store targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store layout.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or customer service are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N140,000 monthly.
