Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our team in Gusau. This is a full-time, on-site role, where the Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Additionally, the officer will play a key role in driving sales initiatives and business growth within the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Handle financial transactions and provide timely, accurate assistance to customers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet the bank’s goals for new business development.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience and improve service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in the banking industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent relationship management and sales capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of finance, customer service, and communication principles.
