Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Working Days: 5 Working Days.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the purchase of items at the best prices available without compromising the company’s quality products standard
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using online communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components is an advantage.
Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 per month.
