Job Summary:
TICT is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Process Excellence Manager to join our team in Apapa, Lagos. In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and drive operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, excellent project management skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement & Lean Six Sigma Application:

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and eliminate waste.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to analyze processes and identify root causes of inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Establish process documentation, standard operating procedures, and control measures to sustain improvements.

Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and simplification.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
  • Develop project roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of process improvement initiatives.
  • Align process improvement projects with the organization’s strategic objectives and performance goals.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Lead cross-functional teams through process transformation projects.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops on problem-solving methodologies and process optimization.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and mentoring teams on Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Engage stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure smooth adoption of process changes.

Technology & Automation Integration:

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams (local and international) to identify automation opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement digital solutions to streamline operations and improve workflow.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to monitor process performance and support decision-making.

Documentation, Reporting & Other Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including process maps, impact assessments, and performance reports.
  • Track and report the impact of process improvement initiatives on business performance.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across departments.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or HND/Equivalent) in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related STEM field (preferred but not compulsory).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and process mapping software.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
