Job Summary
- As a Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- You will be responsible for managing the Branch Manager’s schedule, coordinating events, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Branch Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Handle administrative tasks, including email management, data entry, and filing
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
