Job Title: Online Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Working Days: 5 Working Days.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through various online platforms, including our website, social media, and email.
- Provide product information, specifications, and pricing to potential customers.
- Assist customers in choosing the right computer hardware components based on their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest computer hardware trends and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the online shopping experience.
- Process online orders, manage payment transactions, and ensure timely delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using online communication tools.
- Must be customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N100,000 – N250,000 per month.
