Job Summary:
Stanbic IBTC Bank is excited to announce the launch of our Sales Masterclass Program, designed to develop talented graduates into future leaders in sales and relationship management. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training and, upon completion, be offered employment in relevant roles within Stanbic IBTC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Sales Masterclass Program, gaining hands-on experience in sales and relationship management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the banking industry and Stanbic IBTC’s products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve business targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive sales growth and contribute to the bank’s success.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Second-Class Lower Degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.
  • 0-2 years of work experience.
  • Minimum of five credits (including Mathematics and English Language) in SSCE, GCE, or NECO.
  • Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
