Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary

  • As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in our restaurants, bars, and lounges.
  • Your warm hospitality, attention to detail, and knowledge of fine dining will ensure an unforgettable culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring prompt attention to their needs
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage tables
  • Knowledge of menus, wine lists, and cocktails
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments
  • Participate in wine and menu training programs
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in hospitality or food & beverage (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy trays

  • Preferred Qualifications:

Job Title: Bartender

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional guest service, craft signature cocktails, and maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and snacks
  • Maintain knowledge of menu, drinks, and promotions
  • Provide exceptional guest service and interact with customers
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar

Job Title: Continental Chef

Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, supporting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in maintaining exceptional kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to exacting standards
  • Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation
