We pride ourselves on offering guests a unique and culturally rich experience, combining modern luxury with warm Nigerian hospitality. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Guest Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
Role:
As the Guest Manager at Ilé Mókirá, you’ll oversee all daily operations, ensuring our guests receive unparalleled service. You’ll play a key role in shaping memorable stays and maintaining the high standards that define our brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of our bed and breakfast.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and oversee all aspects of the guest experience.
- Utilize and manage booking applications to maximize room occupancy and manage reservations.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
- Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure that all rooms are immaculate and well-maintained.
- Implement policies and protocols that maintain future hotel operations’ high standards and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Guest Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong familiarity with booking software and channel management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Relevant training or qualifications in Hospitality Management are preferred.
