Job Summary
- As a Growth Hacker, your goal is to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user base and brand visibility.
- Leverage SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising for lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance analysis.
- Implement viral and referral marketing tactics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or startup scaling.
- Expertise in data analytics, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
- Creativity and a strong understanding of user psychology.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
