Job Brief
- We are searching for a courteous and professional Female Front Desk Officer to join our team.
- As a Front Desk Officer, she will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
- The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization’s products or services.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
- Must not be older than 27 years old.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc or equivalent.
- Preferably NYSC Candidate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
