Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk Officer to maintain the professionalism and efficiency of our reception area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a smooth operational flow at the front desk. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming and organized environment that leaves a positive impression on everyone who interacts with Primestix.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly to the appropriate department.
  • Handle inquiries efficiently, providing relevant information and assistance.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer concerns with professionalism, escalating issues when needed.
  • Ensure visitors and clients receive an exceptional experience throughout their interaction with the company.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to reflect a professional atmosphere.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to databases.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an HND; additional certifications in administration or customer service will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • A professional appearance with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
