Additionally, the platform offers brand advertising services including pay per click(PPC), pay per engagement (PPE), pay per action(PPA) and pay per mile (PPM). Job Description
- This is a full-time -on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Picadailys in Port Harcourt. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Your day-day tasks will involve handling customer inquires, resolving issues or complaints, assisting customers with their service needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries, promptly over emails, calls, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Track customer interactions and feedback to help improve products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to address complex queries.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot problems and assist customer with account related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Degree in English and Communication studies or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to speak more than one Nigeria major languages is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers.
- Customer service representative, customer support, and customer service skills.
- Experience in the service industry is a plus.
