Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Igbo) to join our team in Lagos. As the frontline of support for our customers, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Proficiency in the Igbo language is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries about products and services promptly and professionally.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
    • Provide customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Feedback Collection:
    • Collect and record customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Issue Escalation:
    • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate management team for resolution.
    • Follow up on escalated cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Igbo language is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
