Customer Service / Policy Account Advisor

It has a checkered history of being a company with close attention to relationships, having started operations as a direct motor insurance company. Soon the relationship developed to a stage where it has established a deep relationship with the brokers’ network in Nigeria, enjoying 80% of its current business from this source.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service / Policy Account Advisor

Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
- Handle complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- We are responding promptly to queries.
- We are communicating with clients through various channels.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Resolving complaints.
- Process forms, orders, requests, and applications.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure to attend to client queries and report daily input of queries
- Respond to client calls and reply immediately with query feedback notes
- Do follow up with clients, and consultation.
Minimum Educational Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degrees with relevant work experience.
