Customer Service Associate
- Location: Nigeria (Remote)
- As a Junior Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for prioritizing customer satisfaction and, most importantly, have a passion for gaming.
You will…
- Address and resolve inbound customer problems and inquiries
- Keep record of each case in the dedicated web tool for future reference
- Escalate issues, notify the relevant team, and track progress until resolution
- Spot emerging issues and create templates for quicker responses to similar issues
- Stay updated on product information, promotions, and updates to manage customers
Requirements
What makes you a great candidate?
- 1-2 years of experience working for a gaming or e-commerce company
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate across different teams and departments
- Passionate and well-versed in mobile games and digital products
- Fundamental knowledge of data analytics and database management
- Proficiency in utilizing customer service software, CRM tools, and basic troubleshooting methods
- A customer-centric approach focused on understanding and building connections with customers
