Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilledand creative Content Creatorwith a minimum of 2 years of experience to joinour dynamic team.
• The ideal candidatewill be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging contents, and driving online engagement with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and creative content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) ensuring all content aligns with the brands style
• Create calendars and schedules for consistent and relevant posting.
• Manage day to day handling of all social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments and inquiries
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
• Work with the marketing teamto develop and execute social media strategies that support broader marketing initiatives
• Design and develop multimedia contents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of proven 2 years of working experience as a content creator, social media manager
• Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Bufferetc)
• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Corel drawetc
• Basic video editing skills are a plus
• Vast in SEO and Social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights,etc.
