Job Summary:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven Chemicals Marketing Professional with experience in selling raw materials to industries such as paints and coatings, packaging and printing, detergents and cosmetics, lubricants and oilfield chemicals, and PVC compounding? Do you have a proven track record of driving sales and building strong client relationships? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Business Development Manager and contribute to our continued success in the petrochemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5–6 years of proven sales experience in the petrochemical or related industries.
- Qualification: A degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Sciences, or a related field (preferred). Postgraduate qualification in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of raw materials used in paints and coatings, packaging and printing, detergents and cosmetics, lubricants and oilfield chemicals, and PVC compounding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
