Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with strong researcher, writer, Excel, and presentation skills to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and interpreting data, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to gather data and information relevant to business objectives.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
