Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with strong researcher, writer, Excel, and presentation skills to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and interpreting data, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to gather data and information relevant to business objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
