Job Summary:
AVENTA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Telesales Executive to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales by reaching out to businesses, introducing our cutting-edge electric vehicles, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to businesses to pitch AVENTA’s electric vehicles and services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline for conversion.
- Research and understand the needs of prospective clients to tailor sales pitches effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through regular follow-ups via phone and email.
- Address client concerns and objections, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and progress using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on AVENTA’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Continuously refine sales techniques based on customer feedback and performance analytics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Experience in the automotive, energy, or technology industries is a plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and position products as solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
- Confident and engaging phone presence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 (negotiable based on experience and capacity).
- Performance-based commission structure.
