Job Summary
- The Advertisement and Marketing Agent will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales for the company.
- The agent will collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and engage customers, promoting various products and services.
- This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including print, TV, radio, social media, and digital channels.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging and compliant promotional materials.
- Ensure all advertising is consistent with brand messaging and meets legal regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitors.
- Analyze customer behavior and market data to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through innovative marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to expand brand reach.
- Develop customer retention and loyalty programs to encourage repeat participation in lotto games.
- Plan and execute promotional events, including sponsorships, contests, and public appearances.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to foster positive brand relationships.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all activities are cost-effective.
- Ensure all marketing and advertising activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the gaming or real-money gaming industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems.
- Familiarity with legal regulations in the gaming industry is a plus.
Salary
N250,000 Monthly
