General Requirements for Academic Positions
Candidates applying for Professor or Associate Professor roles must meet the following criteria:
- A Ph.D. degree in the relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of full-time experience as an Associate Professor (or 2 years with exceptional publications in Q1 and Q2 journals).
- A minimum of 45 publication points, of which at least 27 points (60%) must be from journal articles.
- At least 12 points must be from publications indexed in Thompson Reuters (Clarivate Analytics) or Scopus.
- A Google Scholar h-index of at least 6.
- Full professional registration with relevant professional bodies (where applicable).
