Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant / Digital Marketer to join our team in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom. This role combines administrative support with digital marketing responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations and effective online engagement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, determining the nature and purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to their destination.
- Open, read, and prepare responses to routine correspondence, attaching appropriate files as needed.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes to relevant individuals.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Create and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for records, reports, and documents.
- Operate standard office equipment, including telephones, fax machines, photocopiers, and electronic peripherals.
- Transmit information or documents using computers, mail, or facsimile machines.
- Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Guest Relations:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
- Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Document and communicate all guest requests or complaints to appropriate personnel.
- Team Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and addressing concerns effectively.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, create content, and monitor performance metrics.
- Support the creation of digital campaigns, including email marketing and online promotions.
- Compliance & Professionalism:
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Physical Requirements:
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
