Job Summary:
The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is a key pipeline for developing future leaders at International Breweries Plc. This program is designed to unleash potential by providing hands-on experience, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities to work on real business challenges. Since its inception, the GMT program has resulted in over 2,300 hires globally, many of whom have left a lasting legacy.
We are looking for individuals interested in a multifunctional career, with a willingness to develop new skills and capabilities throughout their journey with us.
Program Highlights:
- Rotational Assignments: Three-month rotations aligned with our strategic pillars—Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Supply/Logistics.
- Real Business Challenges: Work on projects that expand your knowledge and address actual business challenges.
- Global Induction: Participate in the Cheers! Festival, where you’ll hear about our company strategy from senior leaders and network with peers.
- Mentorship & Development: Access to formal mentoring, global GMT alumni networks, and unique learning and development curricula.
- Career Opportunities: Placement in a front-line position upon program completion, with potential for experiences across different locations within the zone.
What to Expect in the First 10 Months:
- Rotations: Gain experience in Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Supply/Logistics through three-month rotations.
- Global Induction: Attend the Cheers! Festival for insights into our company strategy and networking opportunities.
- Senior Leadership Exposure: Unique opportunities to interact with and learn from senior leaders.
- Career Tracking: Continuous career tracking by zone People Continuity and Talent Management teams.
- Mobility: Openness to working and living in various locations across the zone.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree (STEM discipline preferred).
- Studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Business Administration, Master’s degree, or equivalent is advantageous.
- NYSC: Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program (applicable to Nigerian citizens).
- Experience: No more than 3 years of full-time formal working experience by the program start date (internships and short-term contracts do not apply).
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Mobility: Full mobility and willingness to work in various locations.
- Work Authorization: Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country of application.
