About the Program:
The Global Graduate Program is a three-year journey designed to develop future leaders at HEINEKEN. The program consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, followed by an 18-month management role in your home operating company in Nigeria.

  1. Rotation 1: Begin your journey in the HEINEKEN operating company in Nigeria, gaining a solid foundation in Finance and understanding our operations, strategy, and culture.
  2. Rotation 2: Continue in Nigeria with a cross-functional assignment, broadening your perspective and understanding of how different business areas interconnect.
  3. Rotation 3: Embark on an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
  4. Landing Role: Apply your learnings in a management position within Nigeria, driving financial excellence and innovation in your chosen field.

About the Finance Track:
The Finance team at HEINEKEN plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategy and ambition. As part of this team, you will:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
  • Minimum of a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
  • Maximum of 1-year post-graduation work experience.
  • Fluency in English and local language requirements.
  • Right to work in Nigeria and willingness to be globally mobile.
