About the Program:
The Global Graduate Program is a three-year journey designed to develop future leaders at HEINEKEN. The program consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, followed by an 18-month management role in your home operating company in Nigeria.
- Rotation 1: Begin your journey in the HEINEKEN operating company in Nigeria, gaining a solid foundation in Digital and Technology and understanding our operations, strategy, and culture.
- Rotation 2: Continue in Nigeria with a cross-functional assignment, broadening your perspective and understanding of how different business areas interconnect.
- Rotation 3: Embark on an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
- Landing Role: Apply your learnings in a management position within Nigeria, driving innovation and digital transformation in your chosen field.

About the Digital and Technology Track:
The Digital and Technology (D&T) team at HEINEKEN is dedicated to enabling the company to become the Best-Connected Brewer. As part of this team, you will:
- Drive digitalization and integration of processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement best-in-class technology, including AI, cybersecurity, secure network services, and automation.
- Foster a data-driven culture by promoting data ownership, infrastructure readiness, and data democratization.
- Support training and stakeholder engagement to build digital competencies across the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Maximum of 1-year post-graduation work experience.
- Fluency in English and local language requirements.
- Right to work in Nigeria and willingness to be globally mobile.
