About the Program:
The Global Graduate Program is a three-year journey designed to develop future leaders at HEINEKEN. The program consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, followed by an 18-month management role in your home operating company in Nigeria.
- Rotation 1: Begin your journey in the HEINEKEN operating company in Nigeria, gaining a solid foundation in Commerce and understanding our operations, strategy, and culture.
- Rotation 2: Continue in Nigeria with a cross-functional assignment, broadening your perspective and understanding of how different business areas interconnect.
- Rotation 3: Embark on an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
- Landing Role: Apply your learnings in a management position within Nigeria, driving growth and innovation in your chosen field.

About the Commerce Track:
The Commerce team at HEINEKEN plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and market presence. As part of this team, you will:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies (sales and marketing) aligned with HEINEKEN’s business objectives.
- Focus on forecasting, insight generation, brand management, trade marketing, media, innovation, and customer management.
- Ensure efficient distribution of HEINEKEN products to customers and consumers.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Social Sciences. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Maximum of 1-year post-graduation work experience.
- Fluency in English and local language requirements.
- Right to work in Nigeria and willingness to be globally mobile.
