JobSummary

  • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, addressing their inquiry, concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate solutions.
  • Record and track customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualification – OND.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations or a similar role.
  • Proficient in office relevant software or tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Project Management software, CRM (will be an advantage but can learn on the job).
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
