Job Summary
- We seek a highly organised, compassionate, and proactive Doctor-Patient Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team at DRO Health.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring bookings from patients
- Confirming and reminding doctors about appointments
- Ensuring doctors start appointments on time
- Helping patients with any issues related to joining and completing an appointment
- Quickly and efficiently reschedule appointments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to both the patient and doctor’s schedule
- Respond to patient inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, Crisp, etc.) in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs or concerns effectively
- Managing doctor’s schedules
- Generate and present monthly reports on appointment bookings, doctor schedules, patient feedback, and overall operational efficiency
- Innovating in the role to optimise the experience and ensure an efficient process for the patients and doctors
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment
- Experience using CRMs, appointment scheduling tools, or telemedicine platforms is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Certification in healthcare administration or medical office management is a plus.
