- Reporting to the Social Performance Manager
- Conduct Vendors to new project sites
- Support procurement in implementing Community projects
- Monitor payments for all Community related matters
- Maintain proper filing system for all community projects
- Support the CDO in secretarial work and represent him in his absence
- Distribution of seasonal gift items
- Arrangement of venues for community projects commissioning
- Arrangement of venues for meetings/occasions
- Monitor and report to management, the status of community and community related behaviours /restiveness in our areas of operations..
- Ensure that community projects are executed in a timely, efficient and effective manner
- Provide support to the Manager in the delivery of good community relations between DCP and its catchment communities
- This is to ensure successful implementation of social policies and strategic objectives in the areas of community relations and development.
Requirements
- ND/Diploma in Business Administration, social science Management, Sociology, economics and related
- Must have minimum of 10 years of experience in Community Relation/social performance.
