Job Title: Crew Scheduler
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Part Time
Job function: Flight Operations
Job Role
- Developing and overseeing daily crew rosters, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulations
- Monitoring flight schedules and promptly adjusting crew assignments to address operational changes
- Tracking crew availability, leave requests, and training schedules to prevent conflicts
- Maintaining accurate documentation of crew schedules, duty logs, and irregularities on the software
- Addressing crew inquiries regarding schedules and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Notifying crew members of schedule updates and changes in a clear and timely manner
- Coordinating with the Operations Control Center to resolve crew-related challenges
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including duty hours and rest periods
Qualifications
- BSc or HND degree
- Valid NCAA Flight Dispatch License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with crew management systems (e.g., AIMS or Jeppesen) and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong ability to make decisions and solve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
