Job Title: Commercial Executive
Location: Airport Road – Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Commercial Executive to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and manage client relationships in our HR Outsourcing and Logistics Services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HR outsourcing and logistics services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability
- Manage client onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong network and connections in the industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in HR outsourcing, logistics, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
