We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Cooking,plating and presentation of dishes
• Monitoring portion to ensure budgets are kept to.
• Ensuring food preservation techniques are in line with health and hygiene standards.
• Operation of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Supervising kitchen team ,ensuring high standards of food hygiene .

Requirements

• Credible culinary experience and certification
• Degree in culinary Arts or related field.

Skills:

• Ability to cook an array of cuisines.
• Menu development
• Up to date knowledge of food safety and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge about standard procedures and policies concerning food collection, preparation & presentation,sanitation and storage.
• Awareness of manual and electronic cooking techniques.
• Attention to detail.
• In-depth understanding of customer service

Salary
N180,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
