Job Overview
- As the Receptionist, you will be the face of The Art Hotel, ensuring guests feel welcomed and have a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.
- We’re looking for an energetic, vibrant person who enjoys interacting with people and is open to learning and growing within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and requests, maintaining a positive attitude.
- Manage phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about hotel services.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-presented.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for arrivals.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
- Skills: Good communication, basic computer skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- Personal Attributes: Young, healthy, vibrant, and well-groomed with a friendly and professional presence.
- Learning Orientation: Open to training and growth opportunities within the hotel.
Working Hours:
- Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel operations.
