Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reinsurance Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the company’s reinsurance programs, ensuring risk is effectively mitigated and profitability is maximized.
- This position is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of reinsurance structures, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reinsurance software and risk management tools.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIIN etc.) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the reinsurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of reinsurance markets, structures, and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
