Job Title: Healthcare Nutrition Solutions Representative

Responsibilities
The HN Representative will:
Compliance:
- Ensure that all business is conform to the WHO code and local government regulations as for infant formulas
- Ensure the ELN policies are respected.
Drive engagement / ethical marketing with HCPs:
- Periodically visit a defined list of HCPs in line with territory plan to establish strong relations and become preferred brand with HCP’s.
- Organize the presence of our brands in public and private healthcare institutions according to local regulations
Area Management:
- Identify business opportunities within respective area and propose business initiatives to reach objectives
- Understand competitive activities and recommend actions to counter-act these to help protect our market positions
Intelligence and Insights Gathering:
- Identify changes and trends in HCP decision-making, needs and concerns
- Collect intelligence on the HCP Universe and identify new contacts
About you
The HN Representative should have:
- Education: University degree or least 2 years training in Science (Biology, Agro-food, Nutrition).
- Aptitudes: Sales competencies, communication skills, ability to work in autonomy and within a team, organizational skills, basics knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.
