Bookkeeping Associate – Remote Job

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bookkeeping Associate

Location: Abuja (Remote)

Objectives / Responsibilities

  • Managing quick books
  • Manage all daily order fulfillment and all shipping and freight requests.
  • Support & manage shipping and freight needs for vendors, retailers, distributors/clients (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Oversee the smooth running of order fulfillment.
  • Manage new and existing vendors and suppliers.
  • Support new product research and development.
  • Provide support to accounting for inventory control audits and company tradeshow events.
  • Support CEO and operations team with all tasks.
  • Manage Amazon FBA platforms including product listing, product pages and shipments.
  • Perform any other duties related to the position of Operations Associate.

Qualifications
Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is a must.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks without being reminded.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (Google Suite).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have excellent Internet connection, a working laptop, and the ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (Between 9 am – 5 pm Central Standard Time).

Salary
N180,000 Monthly.
