Job Description
- We are seeking an HR Officer who is highly organized and detail- oriented to join our team. To provide administrative support to the HR department in addition to other HR related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the task of recruitment, reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
- Assist in compilation of employees document and records, ensure employee database is up to date.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments and training sessions.
- Assist the HR manager in the formulation of conditions of service, policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
- Track employee attendance, personal time off, and leaves, assist with payroll processing and documentation.
- Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions regarding payroll and benefits.
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees.
Salary
N200,000 – N400,000 / month.
