Job Title: E-Banking Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- focus is on enhancing customer experience and driving adoption of digital banking channels such as online banking, mobile banking, and digital payments.
- Review onboarding documents and implement on the required platforms
- Resolve all POS /USSD/online banking profile management issues
- Token management and dispatch
- Escalate issues requiring higher level of support
- Merchant and corporate profile admin support on digital channels
- Digital channel and monitoring.
