Job Title: Maintenance / Facility Officer
Location: Lagos

Description
Roles / Duties include:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance for the A/C, Generator, Plumbing and Electrical Appliances.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance for the above.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
Requirements
- Diploma, HND, OND
- Experience: 3 – 10 years (Relevant experience)
- Age: 30 – 40 years
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of facility/utility maintenance e.g., generator, television, UPS, printer, photocopier machine, CCTVetc.
- A good understanding of customer service is essential.
- Have good communication and writing skills.
- Must have an eye for detail and a good negotiation skill.
- Knowledge and experience in plumbing and electricals is required.
- Maintaining air-cooling systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults.
