These generators are made in factories that are ISO 9001 certified and assembled in Nigeria.

Job Description
- The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
- This role involves managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
- Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain security protocols, ensuring that only authorised individuals access restricted areas.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- B. Sc./HND
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong command of English.
- Present a professional demeanor and dress code suitable for the role.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be familiar with standard office procedures and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Awareness of organisational policies and procedures related to front desk operations and visitor management.
- Basic knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
